Our SUBCONTRACTOR TEAM has some of the best trained and highly educated trades that know "Quality is Everyone's Responsibility".  Their training and education is a direct result of My Home Building Help’s belief that when you put ordinary people in an intense and structured environment, they become extraordinary.  We have created that environment on our subcontractor team.  And, because we use them on a regular basis, our subcontractor team will work for you as if you were a volume builder when you choose our Full Consulting Package.  Quality construction does not have to cost a lot if you know how and where to spend your money!

Every member of the My Home Building Help subcontractor team has been trained to understand that each individual part of the home must work as it is designed, or the home will not function properly as a whole. Ex: If the framing does not protect the insulation at certain details, the insulation does not achieve maximum performance and the HVAC system will then be insufficient to handle the unintentional load. This is a VERY common problem with bonus rooms; They are often very uncomfortable. There is no local code that addresses many of these issues. We have developed a process that gives the subcontractor the ability to identify issues with other trades' work that may cause their own work to fail. This is an extremely rare talent in the residental construction industry. And, as an added layer of protection, someone from My Home Building Help will be reviewing all the work at every step of the way. We are so confident in our quality processes and subcontractors that we guarantee the center of any room in the home will be within 3 degrees (Fahrenheit) of the thermostat setpoint whether we consult with you or act as your General Contractor.
